Can Additional Tunnel Extensions Be Added?

Yes. If your wall is deeper than the approximately 372mm provided by this kit, additional compatible 50mm tunnel extensions can be added where required.

Can the Cat Flap Also Be Used in a Door?

Yes. The main PetSafe Microchip Cat Flap can also be installed into suitable timber, uPVC and other compatible door panels.

Where metal or reinforcement surrounds the installation, the adaptor may help reduce interference between the microchip scanner and the surrounding material.

Can the Kit Be Used in Glass?

The supplied adaptor can also be used for compatible glass installations.

For double-glazed or toughened glass, a new replacement glass unit must be professionally manufactured with the required circular opening. Existing toughened or sealed double-glazed units cannot normally be cut after manufacture.
