Dog Flap For UPVC Door Panels Large Extreme Weather

The standard version of this door has the problem of the slide-in rail hitting the mid rail in the door if you have a 28mm panel this door should avoid that issue when fitting into a uPVC panel. Although there will still be a bit of a clash between 24mm and 20mm panels this door will still improve the situation. this door has three flaps two of which are strong rubber with an insulated flap in the middle of the two. There is also a strong slide-in panel that can be used during the night to reduce heat loss and prevent your dogs from going outside.

The triple flap design is adjustable so the flaps can be aligned to the correct position after the door has been installed.

The outer frame is manufactured with aluminium the flap is a rubber flexible design 

Being aluminium this door is not as energy efficient as the plastic version but the aluminium frame is more robust for more active dogs helping to avoid broken doors.

The middle inner flap is a material designed to help reduce heat loss although very slim and fitted correctly it does make a huge difference to the energy efficiency of the door.

Installation Tip

Please be careful when fitting the screws not to over-tighten them. always fit the frame extension internally.

Inner Panel needs clearance of 324m x 996mm

Cut Out Sizes 281mm x 454mm

Door thickness from 17.5mm to 30mm.

Please note these doors will not keep humans out. You will need to consider security on other internal doors. Caution small children will need watching. They will be able to get through this size door
