Description
A clever door designed to reduce heat loss with a u-value of 1.2 Not two flaps but three with a heat resistant internal flap. Strong magnets that can cope with a storm force of 5 and an internal clip-on panel for extreme cold or high winds. Plastic nylon is easy to cut fixing screws and this door uses a standard flap easily replaceable in the event it should get chewed.
A fiddly door to fit probably best-done with a helper but it's well worth the effort with easily adjustable flap heights and pull tight lower magnets.
Need a colour to match an existing painted door? no problem the outer frame on this dog door has been manufactured with a paintable mainframe so now you can have a perfect color match.

Tips
Having put a door together here are a few lessons we learned.
Put the thin draft excludes into the tunnel before assembly.
The lower corner joints fit into the curved section of the bottom tunnel section
Ensure all the tunnel sections are inside the lugs that hold them.
Allow time to set the tunnel heights and start with the internal middle tunnel.
